SERVICE AGREEMENT

By Placing an Order, You Hereby Agree to the Terms of this Agreement.

Roadrunner Post, LLC and Client (Broker/Agent/Homeowner) do hereby enter into a business

relationship as outlined below:

Client’s Responsibilities:

1. Provide Roadrunner Post, LLC with complete and accurate information for installations and

removals. This includes but not limited to: Cross Streets, Complete Address with Number,

street name and suffix, City & zip code. Contact Name & Number. And any additional

special instructions. If installation is attempted and unable to install due to lack of or incorrect

information supplied, an additional trip charge will be applied.

2. Provide a gate code when requesting a job inside a gated community.

3. Provide a detailed map and/or site marker for all vacant land and construction sites.

4. Obtain Homeowner / Tenant / Homeowner Association / City / County approvals before

requesting service from Roadrunner Post, LLC.

5. Provide Roadrunner Post, LLC with placement of post installation by marking & providing

lockbox placement. If Roadrunner Post, LLC is not given placement instructions, the installer

will use his best judgment in placing the post/lockbox. Any further relocation requests by the

customer will be charged the current price for additional trip charge & out of area, if applicable.

6. Assist Roadrunner Post, LLC in recovering all their property when required due to lock

garages, backyards, dogs unleashed etc.

7. In the event of unrecoverable, stolen, or damaged posts/lockboxes/info box or tube/riders,

client will reimburse Roadrunner Post, LLC for the current replacement cost of the item(s).

8. Alert Homeowner & New Owner’s Agent that posts/lockbox/riders/info box or tubes are NOT

TO BE REMOVED by anyone except a Roadrunner Post, LLC installer due to Safety and

possible Damage. If damage occurs due to removal by anyone besides Roadrunner Post, LLC

then client will be charged current replacement/repair cost for that item.

9. Pay for all services requested with a check, or credit card (Payment details will be on your invoice).

Unpaid accounts are subject to post removal. Accounts exceeding more than 35 days past due will

receive a late fee based off current late fee charge.

You must place a pick-up order when you are done with post/lockbox

Roadrunner Post, LLC Responsibilities:

1. Provide service and product as requested, if available.

2. Install and remove sign posts, lockbox, info box/tube, riders after receiving complete and

accurate orders as explained in “Clients Responsibilities #1 ” listed above. If Install order

received by 5pm M-Thurs and is in the service area, order will be filled by the next business day

sundown.  Out of area orders, as well as pickup orders, are not guaranteed next day. Orders are

filled Mon-Fri (Closed Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and inclement weather). Orders can be submitted online

24 hours/7 days a week.

3. Provide professional customer service to client.

4. Follow instructions of Client and Homeowner as to placement of sign post & lockbox. If

Roadrunner Post, LLC is not given placement instructions, the installer will use his best

judgment in placing the post. Any relocation request by the client, will be charged accordingly.

5. Require that post/lockbox must not be removed by the client/homeowner/tenant due to

safety & damage.
